Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as innerwear, swimwear, and select discounted pieces may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We offer size or product exchanges subject to availability, ensuring you find your perfect fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
